Sharpest knives I have ever used.

This is just one of many Wusthof knives I have purchased for my home kitchen. While I am an aspiring Chef, I do not work in that industry. Only as a hobby. I originally used these brand of knives at a restaurant and was taken aback how well balanced, sharp and beautiful they were. I have accidentally cut myself several time due to my negligence in paying attention. These knives are so sharp they will cut so smoothly and effortlessly you won't feel a cut till it is too late. CAVEAT EMPTOR>>>>>Let the buyer beware. But I love the knives and now have a full set. Very satisfied.

Still the best!

We've been purchasing Wusthof Classic knives for over 30 years. They are well made, properly weighted and hold an edge nicely. This purchase was for our adult daughter. The knife looks and functions exactly like the one we've owned since we've been married.
It is nice to find products that haven't lost their quality over the years. We highly recommend the Whusthof Classic line - but beware - Wusthof now makes a less expensive line, the Gourmet series. We were disappointed in how they performed as compared to the Classic knives.
